Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. We are open for scheduled appointments from:
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 5pm
- Saturday: 8am - 12pm
In order to decrease your wait time and to make sure a doctor is available, walk-ins are not recommended.
We know that emergencies may happen at any time, and true emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. We strongly recommend calling before arriving so that we can make sure a veterinarian is available to assist you and that we are equipped to handle the potential emergency. .
In the event we do not have staffing to take care of your pet, or the emergency is too big for our clinic to handle, or requires 24 hour care, we will recommend referral to a 24 hour full service emergency / critical care center.
We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. These appointment spots are reserved for same-day urgent-care visits, so please call as soon as you can to try to schedule one.
Animal Medical Center of Park Hills can care for many types of pets:

(Unfortunately, we do NOT see birds, reptiles/amphibians, fish, or large animals such as horses, pigs, cows, goats, sheep, etc)
Animal Medical Center of Park Hills accepts payment via cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and CareCredit. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service at an affordable price, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.
We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
